This urn has been made from recycled and pressed pine wood chips, which have non-polluting, water-soluble varnishes applied to them - making it an eco-friendly, grainy material suitable for both indoors and outdoors.
This adult urn for ashes might remind you of a Himitsu-bako - commonly known as a Japanese mystery box. These wooden boxes have puzzles, but are designed to look like nothing more than a decorative chest for trinkets; however, they have much more meaningful treasures hidden inside.
