Romana Biodegradable Urn for Ashes

The Romana Cremation Urn is handcrafted using a blend of natural organic materials, this includes raw vegetable minerals and sand, making it completely biodegradable. Its properties make it react differently based on the environment it’s placed in, but can be used for either water burial or land burial.

When the biodegradable urn is buried in the ground, the urn will slowly begin to meld with the soil, naturally releasing the nitrogen from the vegetable minerals, fertilising the soil. As the burial urn continues dissolving and mixing with the earth, your loved one’s ashes will be slowly dispersed throughout the soil.

If the biodegradable urn is placed within water it will begin to dissolve over a few minutes, eventually releasing the ashes into the water. In the same way that the minerals are distributed in the soil, as the sand begins to separate from the minerals, the minerals will lead new life to grow within the water.
