The Holy Mother Cremation Urn and Ashes Keepsake were designed as a matching pair. Some families purchase an urn but wish to share a small portion of the ashes with a family member. Other families just wish to keep their loved ones ashes in more than one room of the house.
This exquisite sculpture of the Holy Mother expresses the giving of true Christian love and compassion, creating the feeling of virtuous holiness. It symbolises the martyrs, who kept their faith and the bond between the earthly and the spiritual. With this thoughtfully crafted ceramic urn, the ashes of your loved one can rest in the loving presence of the Holy Mother.
The Holy Mother Keepsake Urn has soft folds that evoke the image of a hand gently holding a flame. The candle in the centre of the urn symbolises the endless love of the Holy Mother, a tender reminder in difficult times. Many chose to light a candle for their loved one in times of deep contemplation, or perhaps when they have family over.
The keepsake urns all open at the base and have a lid which can be sealed tightly to keep your loved ones ashes secure. We recommend sealing the adult sized urn with an adhesive glue suitable for ceramic surfaces.
