Add your order number, tell us what happened and add photos (up to 10). Clear photos help us put it right quickly.

Please photograph:

1. Every side of the outer box, including any dents, tears or crushed corners.
2. The delivery label on the box.
3. How the piece was packed when you opened the box, before you take anything out if you can.
4. The packaging around the piece.
5. The piece itself from the front, back and base.
6. Close-ups of the damage.
7. If it is the wrong piece: the piece and any label or sticker on it.

Please keep the box and all the packaging until we reply.
