All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery time: Usually 1 working day from dispatch (orders placed after 2pm may dispatch next working day).
Cost: £4.95 per order.
You will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS once your parcel has been dispatched.
Europe & Republic of Ireland
Orders are shipped via FedEx International Tracked Service.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout in your local currency.
Delivery times vary depending on destination.
No additional customs charges will be requested upon delivery.
All import duties and taxes are prepaid before dispatch (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
International (USA, Canada & Australia)
All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Tracked Service.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout in your local currency.
Delivery time: Typically 3–4 working days from dispatch, depending on location.
No Customs Fees on Delivery
We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:
• All import duties and taxes are paid in advance
• No surprise customs bills
• No courier payment requests
• No additional fees upon delivery
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Standard & Made-to-Order Items
Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
This applies to made-to-order urns that may have a lead time prior to dispatch.
Holiday Orders
Orders placed in December benefit from an extended returns period to accommodate the Christmas holidays.
Personalised Items
Personalised or customised items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes:
• Products with engraving or inscription
• Products created to a bespoke design
• Products altered specifically at your request
These items are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. However, if a personalised item arrives faulty or damaged, we will rectify the issue immediately.
Shipping Costs
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

Include:
• Your order number
• The name on the order (if different)
• Your contact telephone number
We will reply with the correct return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary.
