United Kingdom

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Delivery time: usually 1 working day from dispatch (not guaranteed for orders placed after 2pm).

  • Cost: £4.95 per order.

  • You will receive an email and/or text with your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Europe & Republic of Ireland

Orders are shipped via FedEx International Tracked Service.

  • Shipping charges are calculated in euros at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International (USA, Canada & Australia)

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Tracked Service.

  • Shipping charges are calculated in your local currency at checkout.

  • Delivery times usually range between 5–10 working days.

Customs & Taxes

  • VAT is automatically removed for customers outside the UK at checkout.

  • International customers may be charged duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees when the order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Even if charges apply, the overall product price is equivalent to what UK customers pay, as VAT is not added at purchase.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

  • Standard & made-to-order items: Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. This includes made-to-order urns that may have a lead time before dispatch.

  • Holiday orders: For anything purchased in December, we extend the returns period to allow for the Christmas holidays.

  • Personalised items: Items that are personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes:

    • Products with engraving or inscription

    • Products created to a bespoke design based on your specifications

    • Products altered specifically for you at your request
      These items are made especially for you and cannot be resold. However, if a personalised item arrives faulty, we will rectify the issue immediately.

  • Shipping costs: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at contact@urnsforangels.com before sending anything back.

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your order number

    • The name on the order (if different from yours)

    • Your contact telephone number

  3. We will reply with the correct return instructions. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns may need to go to a different address.)
