Delivery and Returns


All UK orders are dispatched via DPD, and we offer a DPD 24-hour tracked delivery service for £4.95 on all standard deliveries within the UK. The DPD delivery time guide is 24 hours from dispatch but is not guaranteed on orders dispatched after 2pm.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your one-hour delivery time slot and have the ability to request a new delivery date if this is not suitable.

Postage within Europe and the Republic of Ireland is dispatched with our UPS tracked service. (The delivery charge will be calculated in euros at checkout).

International Delivery (Including the USA, CANADA & AUSTRALIA) is dispatched with our UPS tracked service. (The delivery charge will be calculated in dollars at checkout).

Please be aware we have removed the VAT amount in our pricing for all customers outside of the UK at the time of purchase. This means that our international customers will not be required to pay any more tax than UK customers.

Customs Charges may now be applied upon delivery, dependent on the value of the items. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all un-personalised items, as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping costs for orders outside the UK are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for personalised items, as they are created especially for you. If a personalised item is faulty upon arrival, we would be just as disappointed as you and will rectify any issues immediately.
