Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

About This Urn
The Jadeite Adult Cremation Urn is a captivating piece from our Crystalline Collection, hand-thrown and finished with an intricate crystalline glaze that forms naturally in the kiln. Layers of jade and sea-green tones create an effervescent, bubbling effect across the surface, reminiscent of tiny crystals gathering together in organic harmony.
Delicate water lily–like structures emerge within the glaze, lending the urn a sense of calm and renewal. Its softly rounded form gives the piece a timeless presence, offering a serene and meaningful tribute crafted especially for your loved one.
Materials & Finish
Crafted from high-quality ceramic and finished with a hand-applied crystalline glaze in jade-green tones. The glaze develops naturally during firing, ensuring every urn displays its own unique crystal formations and surface character.
The sculpted lid fits neatly within the neck of the urn and incorporates a discreet tea light holder, allowing a gentle candle glow to accompany moments of remembrance.

How to Fill & Seal (Optional)
Simple closure: the urn is filled through the top opening and the lid can be sealed with the supplied ceramic adhesive glue for a permanent closure.
(If you prefer a non-permanent seal, place the ashes in a resealable bag and position the lid without adhesive, or use removable silicone sealant.)
