Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

Materials & Finish
Hand-crafted from sustainably produced bamboo plywood, this urn showcases the warm, natural grain of bamboo with a smooth brown finish. Each piece reflects careful workmanship and responsible material sourcing.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.
Bamboo is a renewable material that naturally biodegrades when buried, with decomposition typically occurring between 2 and 5 years under ground conditions.

How to Fill & Seal
The urn opens at the base and is secured with four screws. Removing the screws allows the base section to lift away so the ashes can be placed inside. Once filled, the base is reattached using the screws, offering a secure but non-permanent closure.
