Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

How to Fill & Seal
Ashes are placed through the top opening. The ceramic lid does not thread and will not sit fully airtight on its own, so we recommend sealing it in place with a clear ceramic-safe adhesive gel to prevent any spilling and to keep the lid secure over time.
