If you find one of our products for less elsewhere — whether online or in-store — we pledge to match the price. Even if it's in a sale. Even if you've already bought it.

Not many stores will tell you to do your research, but we're so confident in offering families the best price, quality and service, that's exactly what we're encouraging you to do.

It's a promise that you'll always be able to shop authentic memorial products at the best price.

Terms & Conditions

• The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
• The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.
• Total price must take into account delivery, postage, customs duties and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
• The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
• Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit, Klarna, or other instalment plans are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.
• The decision of our team is final.
