- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).

- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

The Eternal Flame Urn symbolises light, spirit, and everlasting remembrance. Its flowing sculptural shape echoes the form of a flame, while the inset golden teardrop represents enduring love and memory. Finished in soft white ceramic with a polished gold accent, it creates a radiant and contemporary tribute for the home.
Materials & Finish
Durable ceramic: Carefully crafted and kiln-fired for strength. The smooth white glaze is applied by hand, and the teardrop accent is finished in polished metallic gold. Each urn is unique due to subtle variations in the glazing process.

How to Fill & Seal
Simple closure: Place ashes through the base. Apply a thin bead of the supplied clear adhesive to the ceramic base lid, insert, and press firmly. Allow 24 hours for a permanent seal.
(For a non-permanent seal, place ashes in a resealable bag and secure the lid with removable silicone sealant or decorative tape.)
