About This Urn
The Extra Small Himalayan Rock Salt Biodegradable Water Urn offers a gentle and dignified way to honor the memory of a child, infant, or beloved pet. Carefully shaped into a simple barrel form, this urn is designed for meaningful water ceremonies, allowing ashes to be returned to nature in a calm and respectful manner.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.
This urn is supported by an official Certificate of Biodegradability, providing reassurance that the materials are designed to naturally return to the earth over time.

Handcrafted from natural Himalayan rock salt formed over 250 million years ago, each urn carries subtle variations in color and texture, making every piece unique. The soft pink tones reflect the natural mineral composition of the salt.
The urn is fully biodegradable and designed to dissolve naturally when placed in water, dispersing ashes gently and without environmental harm.

How to Fill & Seal
The urn is designed to hold ashes securely within its solid rock salt form. Once placed into the water, the urn will float briefly before beginning to dissolve. The full dissolution process may take up to four hours, depending on water movement and weather conditions.
