The Journey Biodegradable Water Urn in Natural (Beige) – Medium is thoughtfully created for serene water burials or the respectful transportation of ashes. Its medium capacity makes it suitable for children, pets, or a portion of adult ashes, offering a calm and dignified way to say farewell in a natural setting.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.
This urn is supported by an official Journey Biodegradable Urn - Certificate of Biodegradability, confirming that it is designed to naturally break down when used as intended.
Materials & Finish
Crafted from handcrafted biodegradable card derived from the bark of a Mulberry tree, this urn reflects a long-standing, eco-conscious paper-making tradition that allows the tree to continue growing unharmed.
The natural beige finish has a warm, organic texture, complemented by a band of natural-coloured paper with embedded flower blossoms, giving each urn a gently individual character.

The urn is designed to be filled carefully before the ceremony. Closure is achieved by folding and securing the envelope-style opening according to preference.
