The Journey Biodegradable Water Urn for Ashes — Natural (Beige) – Small is thoughtfully designed for a serene water burial or respectful ash transportation. Its compact size makes it suitable for children, infants, pets, babies, or a small portion of ashes, offering a calm and dignified farewell.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.
This urn is supported by an official Certificate of Biodegradability, providing reassurance that the materials are designed to naturally return to the earth over time.
Materials & Finish
Handcrafted from biodegradable card produced from the bark of a Mulberry tree, this urn uses ancient techniques that allow the tree to continue growing unharmed, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability.
The natural beige finish is complemented by an envelope-style form, accented with a band of natural-coloured paper and embedded flower blossoms, creating a gentle, organic appearance.

The urn is filled carefully according to the included instructions and closed using its integrated paper construction. Designed specifically for water burial, the urn remains secure during handling and then gently dissolves when placed on the water’s surface, allowing a respectful release of ashes.
