Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

The urn’s base houses a discreet lid, designed for secure closure. We provide strong clear adhesive for permanent sealing after filling.

How to Fill & Seal
Simple closure: Ashes are placed through the bottom opening, and the lid is then permanently sealed with the included clear adhesive.
If you prefer a non-permanent seal, ashes may be placed in a separate bag and secured using removable sealant or decorative wax.
