Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

How to Fill & Seal
This urn is filled from the base, so no inner bag is needed. Once filled, the ceramic base cap is fitted over the plastic lid; we recommend sealing the cap in place with a small amount of clear super-glue gel so it stays secure, as the fit can occasionally be loose. This method keeps the base closed permanently while preserving the urn's finish.
