Metal Cremation Urns

We offer different styles ranging from simple shapes to more elaborate cremation urns. The stainless steel silver urns have a glossy look and a versatile aesthetic, and some are suited to display outdoors as well as at home.

Choosing a metal urn
Which metal? Stainless steel is the most common choice among our metal cremation urns, in a silver or a matte black finish. Others are Corten steel, which has a warm rust colour, brass, aluminium, or coloured metal such as our Odyssee teardrop urns. For a gold or bronze colour, see our gold and bronze urns.
Indoors or outdoors? Some of the stainless steel and aluminium urns are listed for indoor or outdoor display. The Corten steel urns are for display indoors. Each product page says where its urn can go.
Which size? The range runs from small keepsakes to adult urns of about 3 to 4 litres and companion urns of 7 litres or more for two adults. The ashes of an average adult come to about 3 to 3.5 litres. Every urn lists its capacity, and our urn size guide explains how to find out the volume of the ashes you have.
How do they close? Many open at the base and close with screws; others have a threaded lid.
