Chose the Embrace Heart Urn for my dear departed mum. It's a beautifully crafted ornamental piece and gives me comfort at this difficult time. UFA kept me updated on order progress and courier delivery with one hour time slot which I appreciated.
Very good quality with update emails sent throughout. Easy ordering and when it arrived it was packaged very well so no breakages.
Great service from start to finish loved the touch with the email so that you have an update with the progress of the item. The item came and it was beautiful and perfect for what we wanted it for.
It arrived well packaged. It’s beautifully made. Thank you.

The communication has been great to help me find the perfect product for my loved one’s ashes. I am so happy with the finished product and will push in the future.
Thank you once again for the perfect beautiful urn.
Size guide
Ashes are measured by the space they take up, not by weight. If your funeral service provider has already given you that figure, compare it with the amount above. More on sizes

The Embrace Heart Small Cremation Urn for Ashes in Grey and Silver is an intimate memorial piece designed to celebrate precious memories with quiet elegance. Its gently embracing form creates a sculptural silhouette that feels balanced and reassuring, making it well suited to a home memorial space.
Crafted from ceramic, this small urn features a glossy silver finish on one side and a soft matte grey finish on the other, creating gentle contrast and visual depth.
At the center, a silver heart detail sits within the sculpted form, offering a subtle focal point that enhances the urn's contemporary design without overpowering its calm presence.
Simple closure: the urn is filled through the base and the base is then sealed with the supplied ceramic adhesive glue for a permanent closure. (If you prefer a non-permanent seal, place the ashes in a resealable bag and secure the base with decorative tape, or use removable silicone sealant.)
