Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage, customs duties and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
- Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit, Klarna, or other instalment plans are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.
- The decision of our team is final.

About This Keepsake
These heart-shaped wooden keepsake tags provide a simple and heartfelt way to leave a message with your pet's urn or casket. They can be engraved with a name, date, or special words, or written and decorated by hand. Personalisation
Tags may be laser engraved with names, dates or motifs. For multiple tags with the same engraving, select the pack of 10. If you'd like each tag engraved differently, order them individually and set up each design separately.
