Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

How to Fill & Seal
This urn is filled from the top. The ceramic lid does not thread and does not close tightly on its own, so we recommend sealing it with a ceramic-safe adhesive around the rim to prevent spilling. If you wish to seal it permanently, a clear super-glue gel can be applied, though this is optional.
