Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage, customs duties and any other charges where applicable. - A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

About This Urn
The Guardian urn takes its name from its upright, watchful silhouette, a sculptural form finished by hand so that no two pieces are ever quite alike. Sized for a small companion, it is designed to rest quietly in the home, offering a dignified, natural way to keep a beloved pet close.
Materials & Finish
Each urn is made from sculptural stoneware ceramic in a soft, sandy cream tone, with a natural raw-stone texture across the surface. A flush aluminium cap is set into the base of the urn, closing securely without interrupting the sculptural form above.
Because each piece is individually finished by hand, the raw-stone texture varies slightly from urn to urn, making every one genuinely one of a kind. A secure internal fitting sits beneath the aluminium cap to keep everything safely in place. Best kept indoors to preserve the finish, it may be placed outdoors only if fully sheltered from direct rain and standing water.

How to Fill & Seal
Turn the urn gently upside down onto a soft cloth to reveal the aluminium cap set into the base. Open the cap, fill with your pet's ashes, then close the cap firmly to seal it, and stand the urn upright again. No glue is needed, and the cap can be reopened at any time, should you ever wish to.
