Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

How to Fill & Seal
Simple closure: the urn is filled through the opening and then sealed with the supplied ceramic adhesive glue for a permanent closure. (If you prefer a non-permanent seal, place the ashes in a resealable bag and secure the opening with decorative tape, or use removable silicone sealant.)
