Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

How to Fill & Seal
This urn is bottom-filled and we recommend using a bag for the ashes. It closes with a wooden lid secured by a couple of screws. If you do not intend to open the urn again, we recommend sealing it permanently with a wood-safe glue around the lid, though this is optional.
