Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.
This urn is supported by an official Certificate of Biodegradability, providing reassurance that the materials are designed to naturally return to the earth over time.

Handcrafted from sustainably produced biodegradable card derived from the bark of the Mulberry Tree, this urn is made using traditional harvesting techniques that allow the tree to continue growing naturally.
The softly textured purple exterior is paired with a natural-coloured paper band, giving the urn a gentle, refined finish suited to ceremonial use on water.

How to Fill & Seal
The ashes are placed into the supplied water-soluble inner bag before positioning it inside the urn and closing securely for handling and transport. Designed specifically for water ceremonies, the urn will gently dissolve when placed on the surface of the water, allowing the ashes to be released naturally.
