WhiteOur Promise Never Breaks
An urn is a keepsake meant to last a lifetime. That's why every urn with Inner Coating comes with our Lifetime Guarantee: your trust will always be protected.
What is INNER COATING®
Cremation urns hold something with real symbolic value, so it matters that they're kept safe and intact. Our ceramic urns are made from the highest quality material, but ceramic can be fragile, and a mishap like dropping the urn can mix cremated remains with ceramic debris.
INNER COATING® is a thin, white, rubber-like layer applied to the inside of the urn. Its purpose is simple: to hold the ashes securely in one place if the worst happens.
While the inner layer provides added protection, it does not guarantee the urn's structural integrity against impacts. Sharp ceramic debris may occasionally breach the rubber layer; however, the ashes will remain securely contained in one place, ready to be transferred to a new memorial.
(Please note that INNER COATING, is now white instead of black).
What Our LIFETIME GUARANTEE Means for You
If your urn with Inner Coating is ever damaged or broken by accident, we'll replace it with an exact match:
✔ Same design
✔ Same size
✔ Same inner protective coating
✔ Same care and attention
Because remembrance should never be fragile.
How the Replacement Process Works
Step 1: Secure the Ashes
Carefully transfer the ashes into a temporary vessel or sealed bag to keep them safe. Your funeral service provider can help with this if needed.
Step 2: Send the Damaged Urn
Send the damaged urn back to us using a courier service of your choice. Full return instructions are available on our Returns page.
Step 3: We Replace It
Once we receive the damaged urn, we will send you an exact replacement, complete with Inner Coating.
A Promise Built on Compassion and Trust
Families choose Urns For Angels not only for craftsmanship, but for the reassurance that we stand by them, through compassion for grieving families, respect for memories that last, and responsibility for every piece we create.
Additional Information
With INNER COATING® applied, an urn's original capacity is reduced by around 5–8%, and it becomes slightly heavier.
Handmade to order, delivered within 1 to 2 weeks
Tracked to your door.
I messaged them to say unfortunately my cat had passed away very suddenly so we needed an urn asap, they replied back very quickly, put my order as urgent, and it arrived in under 2 weeks. The urn is perfect, exactly like the picture, we also have the same urn but in black for our other cat who we lost last year, and they did an amazing job on that as well.
I would definitely recommend this company, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Our Urn arrived for our sadly missed pets ashes, and is superb!. Really enjoyed the lovely note that came with it from yourselves, which felt personal and heartwarming. The packaging was excellent. Kept informed of delivery time and date. Highly recommended company.
We wanted a fitting reminder/tribute to our much loved cat (Charlie), and after a lot of searching settled on this "the gloss black lying cat". If we ever move we did not want to leave him behind and this is a thing of beauty and would not look out of place in any home.
Buying an urn will never be an easy thing to do but at least from our experience, buy buying from Urns for Angels, the quality of product and service will be two less things to worry about. Thank you very much.
Excellent quality and quick delivery.
It is a lovely item to remember our cat by and keep him with us.
I used Urns for Angels for our cat who I wanted to be able to put out on the deck. I found a suitable urn and ordered. A very well packaged urn turned up two days later which is great service. No one likes using a service like this but if you do you want it to be easy to find what you need, be able to order easily and have it delivered without fuss and Urns for Angels really do deliver that.
Our beloved cat passed away recently and we wanted a fitting reminder for her. We ordered the urn from Urns for Angels. We were blown away by it - far exceeded our expectations. It looks almost real. So very pleased with this product. Thank you.
Size guide
Ashes are measured by the space they take up, not by weight. If your funeral service provider has already given you that figure, compare it with the amount above. More on sizes
Not sure? You can return it within 14 days, as long as it isn’t personalised. Returns
The Lying Cat Urn captures the graceful, contented form of a cat at rest, offering a familiar and comforting shape for remembering a beloved feline companion. Its compact size means it can be gently held close during moments of reflection, or displayed in a favourite spot around the home.
Crafted from ceramic and fired at temperatures exceeding 1000°C, this urn is built to withstand atmospheric wear indoors or outdoors. The pristine white glaze gives the sculpted form a smooth, clean surface with a serene, timeless quality.
The ceramic exterior is finished to a soft, tactile smoothness throughout.
Ashes are placed through the opening at the base, which is then sealed with the supplied ceramic adhesive glue for a permanent closure. If you prefer a non-permanent seal, place the ashes in a resealable bag before closing the base.
