Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage, customs duties and any other charges where applicable. - A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

To fill, gently unscrew the base to access the internal chamber. Place the ashes carefully inside, then screw the base back on securely until it is firmly closed. This design allows for a simple and controlled filling process while maintaining a clean external appearance.
