- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.

How to Fill & Seal
Remove the lid carefully to access the interior. Take out the biodegradable ashes bag, open it, and place it back inside the urn before filling. Add the ashes into the bag while it is positioned within the urn, then secure it using the provided closure tie. Once closed, settle the bag fully inside and replace the lid, which fits securely in place.
