Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

About This Urn
The Primal Large brings the same raw, elemental stone form to a larger scale, giving a bigger companion a rugged, natural tribute that feels close to the outdoors they loved.
Materials & Finish
This urn is made from sculptural stoneware ceramic, hand-finished with a natural raw-stone texture in a soft, sandy cream tone. Because each piece is shaped and finished individually, the texture varies slightly from urn to urn, making yours one of a kind.
It is fitted with a brass collar and a custom aluminium screw cap, which closes securely at the top like a bottle, no glue required. It is best kept indoors to preserve the finish, and may be placed outdoors only if fully sheltered from direct rain and standing water.

How to Fill & Seal
Simply place your pet's ashes in through the top of the urn, then screw the aluminium cap down firmly to seal it closed, just like sealing a bottle. No glue is needed. The cap can be unscrewed again at any time, should you ever wish to reopen the urn.
