Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
- Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.
- The decision of our store manager or customer support advisor is final.
Our Pure Black Classic Cremation Urn for Ashes is sculpted to resemble a flower bulb with a narrow bottom and a rounded body. This urn has been painted with a deep ebony black which gives this urn an elegant aura with a sophisticated feel allowing this urn to be a dignified addition to your home and to honour your loved one.
The deep black of this urn also has deep meaning, with the ebony colours often being associated with intelligence and wisdom making this a thoughtful and loving urn for your loved ones' ashes. The surface of this adult urn is smooth to the touch, with the glazed surface providing a seamless feel to the urn when held, allowing you to glide your fingers over this piece with ease.
The glaze on the Pure Black Classic urn is done by hand meaning each piece is one of a kind. This means whilst each urn is similar no two urns are the same. A beautiful tribute made especially for your loved one.
The lid of this urn fits neatly within the neck of the piece and we also include a small tube of ceramic adhesive glue which can be used to seal this urn permanently should you wish to do so.
