Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
- Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.

About This Urn
The Sanctuary Heart Urn embodies comfort and protection. Its gently cocooned shape forms a calm alcove where a polished golden heart rests— a quiet symbol of love held close. The back of the urn conceals a candle holder, allowing a soft flame to be lit in remembrance. The warm terracotta glaze with soft ivory inner cove lends a contemporary yet timeless presence in the home.
Materials & Finish
Durable ceramic: Premium clay, kiln-fired for resilience, then hand-glazed to achieve its warm, satin look. The heart accent is finished in polished gold. Natural, handcrafted variation ensures every urn is unique.

How to Fill & Seal
Simple closure: Place ashes through the base. Apply a thin, continuous bead of the supplied clear adhesive to the ceramic base lid, insert, and press firmly. Allow 24 hours to cure for a permanent seal.
(For a non-permanent seal, place the ashes in a resealable bag and use removable silicone sealant or decorative tape.)
