Terms & Conditions

- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.

About This Urn
The Arenae Biodegradable Urn for Ashes – Adult is a handmade urn created from natural organic materials, designed specifically for land burial or release into water. Its rounded, sand-textured form reflects its natural composition, offering a simple and understated appearance aligned with environmentally conscious memorial choices.
With a 3 L capacity, this urn is suitable for most adult's ashes. The Arenae ideal for burial, where it breaks down over a period of 4 - 8 weeks in the ground and is also suitable for being cast into the ocean, dissolving in approximately 20 minutes.
Materials & Finish
This urn is entirely made from a blend of sand and vegetable materials. Only natural vegetable or mineral raw materials are used, and the visible finish has a matte, grain-textured surface that reflects its natural composition. It is GreenLeave Certified and also certified by the University of Valencia.

How to Fill & Seal
The urn opens at the top. To fill it, carefully remove the lid, take out the included biodegradable ashes bag, open it, and place the open bag back inside the urn. Fill the bag with ashes while it is still inside the urn, then close the bag using the supplied closure tie, push it fully down inside, and place the lid back on. The lid is designed to fit securely so it will not come loose.
