Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

This urn is filled by placing the ashes directly inside the vessel. Once filled, the lid is pressed firmly into place, with the base providing a secure and stable closure for everyday display.
