Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage, customs duties and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
- Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit, Klarna, or other instalment plans are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.

About This Urn
The Cave urn takes its name from its low, hollowed silhouette, a sculptural form finished by hand so that no two pieces are ever quite alike. Designed to rest quietly in the home, it offers a dignified, natural way to keep a beloved pet close.
Materials & Finish
Each urn is made from sculptural stoneware ceramic in a soft, sandy cream tone, with a natural raw-stone texture across the surface. A flush aluminium cap sits on the top surface of the urn, closing securely to seal the piece.
Because each piece is individually finished by hand, the raw-stone texture varies slightly from urn to urn, making every one genuinely one of a kind. A secure internal fitting sits beneath the aluminium cap to keep everything safely in place. Best kept indoors to preserve the finish, it may be placed outdoors only if fully sheltered from direct rain and standing water.

How to Fill & Seal
Fill your pet's ashes in through the top of the urn, then close the aluminium cap firmly to seal it. No glue is needed, and the cap can be reopened at any time, should you ever wish to.
