- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.

The ashes can be placed into the urn via the opening at the base. Once filled, insert the airtight silicone cap securely to close the urn.
