Relatively easy process. ( I use that term as the chat bot wasn't online to answer a question, however, my query was responded to via email). Communication otherwise, was straight forward. Item was well packed for this particular journey ..... to my home, and sealed in a plastic cover which will protect it for now.

About This Urn
The Memory Box in Floral Bouquet is an earth-burial urn designed to be buried and returned naturally to the ground. Sized for an adult, its soft floral pattern suits families who want a gentle, garden-like design. It can also be kept as a keepsake box in the days before burial.
Materials & Finish
Earthurns are handmade from mulberry tree bark, gathered using a method that keeps the tree alive and growing. The bark is shaped into a firm, biodegradable box.
The Floral Bouquet design brings soft, painted blooms across the lid, gentle rather than bold. Once buried, the box breaks down naturally in the soil and returns fully to the earth.
