Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, color and other relevant variants.
- The competing product must be from a comparable authorized retailer with an established online or physical presence in the same market (UK or US). This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites, or marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy.

How to Fill & Seal
The pendant opens discreetly at the back using a threaded screw closure. A small, symbolic amount of ashes can be carefully placed inside, after which the screw is securely fastened to keep the contents safely enclosed.
