About This Urn
The Shell Biodegradable Water Urn in Coral Pink has been thoughtfully designed for meaningful water burial ceremonies. With its gentle clamshell form and soft coral tones, it offers a calm and respectful way to return a loved one to nature. Once placed on the water’s surface, the urn floats peacefully for a short time before slowly sinking, allowing for a serene and dignified farewell.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.

Materials & Finish
Handcrafted from water soluble biodegradable paper, this urn is an eco-friendly Green Burial product that requires no trees to be felled. Each piece is carefully shaped into a clamshell form and hand painted using water soluble paint, available in a range of soft colors.
Inside, a matching water soluble inner bag is provided to safely hold ashes prior to placement in the urn. All materials are designed to fully biodegrade in water, allowing the urn and its contents to become one with nature.

How to Fill & Seal
The urn is filled from the side using the supplied water soluble inner bag, which safely holds the ashes inside. Once the bag is placed within the shell, the urn can be gently closed and is ready for water placement, with no permanent sealing required.
