About This Urn
The Shell Biodegradable Water Urn in Pearl is a gentle and environmentally responsible choice for water burial ceremonies. Thoughtfully handcrafted, it is designed to support a peaceful farewell, allowing ashes to return naturally to the water in a calm and dignified way.
Although this is a biodegradable urn, it is perfectly suitable for dignified display in the home; the biodegradable materials are designed to break down only when placed in land burial or water burial conditions.

Materials & Finish
Handcrafted using water soluble biodegradable paper, this urn is specifically designed for water burial. The clamshell form is carefully shaped and hand painted using water soluble paint, available in a soft pearl finish.
As an eco-friendly green burial product, it does not require any trees to be felled and is designed to completely biodegrade within water.

How to Fill & Seal
The urn is filled from the side using the supplied water soluble inner bag, allowing ashes to be placed securely inside. Once positioned on the water, the urn will float peacefully for a short time before gently sinking, where both the urn and contents naturally biodegrade.
