Oily GreenOur Promise Never Breaks
An urn is a keepsake meant to last a lifetime. That's why every urn with Inner Coating comes with our Lifetime Guarantee: your trust will always be protected.
What is INNER COATING®
Cremation urns hold something with real symbolic value, so it matters that they're kept safe and intact. Our ceramic urns are made from the highest quality material, but ceramic can be fragile, and a mishap like dropping the urn can mix cremated remains with ceramic debris.
INNER COATING® is a thin, white, rubber-like layer applied to the inside of the urn. Its purpose is simple: to hold the ashes securely in one place if the worst happens.
While the inner layer provides added protection, it does not guarantee the urn's structural integrity against impacts. Sharp ceramic debris may occasionally breach the rubber layer; however, the ashes will remain securely contained in one place, ready to be transferred to a new memorial.
(Please note that INNER COATING, is now white instead of black).
What Our LIFETIME GUARANTEE Means for You
If your urn with Inner Coating is ever damaged or broken by accident, we'll replace it with an exact match:
✔ Same design
✔ Same size
✔ Same inner protective coating
✔ Same care and attention
Because remembrance should never be fragile.
How the Replacement Process Works
Step 1: Secure the Ashes
Carefully transfer the ashes into a temporary vessel or sealed bag to keep them safe. Your funeral service provider can help with this if needed.
Step 2: Send the Damaged Urn
Send the damaged urn back to us using a courier service of your choice. Full return instructions are available on our Returns page.
Step 3: We Replace It
Once we receive the damaged urn, we will send you an exact replacement, complete with Inner Coating.
A Promise Built on Compassion and Trust
Families choose Urns For Angels not only for craftsmanship, but for the reassurance that we stand by them, through compassion for grieving families, respect for memories that last, and responsibility for every piece we create.
Additional Information
With INNER COATING® applied, an urn's original capacity is reduced by around 5–8%, and it becomes slightly heavier.

Tracked to your door.
I bought this urn to honour our cat, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. It’s beautifully made, with a design that feels both respectful and elegant. What truly surprised me was my dog’s reaction — he’s never been a fan of cats and was convinced his old nemesis was back.
The urn is so beautiful and a lovely final resting place for our beloved cat Minerva.
Urns for angels kept us informed on the order and was dispatched in the time promised. The dpd tracking was great and the urn was well packed for transit.
The urn came with care instructions and advice on sealing the urn too.
Thank you so much.

Size guide
Ashes are measured by the space they take up, not by weight. If your funeral service provider has already given you that figure, compare it with the amount above. More on sizes

The Sitting Cat Urn in Oily Green is shaped as a lifelike, fully sized sitting cat, offering a striking and contemporary tribute to a cherished feline companion. Its bold, distinctive glaze brings a vibrant character to any space it is displayed in, whether a sunlit windowsill or a peaceful garden corner.
Crafted from ceramic and fired at temperatures exceeding 1000°C, this urn is built for durability and resistance to atmospheric influences. The oily green glaze creates a richly layered, distinctive surface tone that is unique to each piece.
Each piece is carefully finished by hand, giving the surface a smooth, tactile quality that feels reassuring to hold during moments of reflection.
Ashes are placed through the base, and the ceramic base is then sealed with the supplied ceramic adhesive glue for a permanent closure. If you prefer a non-permanent seal, place a loved one's remains in a resealable bag before closing the base.
