Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).

- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.

How to Fill & Seal
To fill, carefully place the ashes into the urn through the top opening, using a funnel if desired for precision. Apply a suitable adhesive sealant around the rim, then position the lid securely and press down firmly. Smooth any excess sealant around the edge for a clean finish. The sealant sets in approximately four hours, creating a secure closure.
