Every urn is ISO certified, reflecting a consistent standard of craftsmanship. A built-in tealight space allows a small candle to be lit as part of a quiet remembrance, indoors or in a serene outdoor memorial.

How to Fill & Seal

This urn is filled from the base, so no inner bag is needed. Once filled, the ceramic base cap is fitted over the plastic lid; we recommend sealing the cap in place with a small amount of clear super-glue gel so it stays secure, as the fit can occasionally be loose. This method keeps the base closed permanently while preserving the urn's finish.

There are no import fees to pay, wherever you are. Duties and taxes are already covered, so the price you see at checkout is all you pay. Your delivery date is shown on every product page and again at checkout, and every parcel is tracked: we email you the link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

• Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
• The piece needs to be unused, in its original packaging and in a condition we can resell.
• Personalised pieces (engraved, made to your design or altered for you) can't be returned. If one arrives faulty or damaged, we put it right straight away.
• Orders placed in December have extra time to return, to allow for Christmas.
• The original delivery charge isn't refunded.
