About This Urn

Materials & Finish

Made by hand from mulberry tree bark, the urn is harvested using a method that leaves the tree standing and growing. This results in a fully biodegradable material with no synthetic parts.

In this design, small flowers are set across a soft blue ground, giving the chest a gentle, personal feel. Once buried, the urn returns to the earth naturally over time.

How to Fill & Seal

Lift the lid away from the chest and fill the base with the ashes until full. Replace the lid and press it firmly into place. A non-toxic paper glue can be used along the join for a permanent seal, though this is optional and not supplied.
