I have just received my order from Urns for Angels and they are such a caring compassionate company. I ordered two The Passage Urns, one for myself and one for my son, also a teardrop candle holder and we are so pleased with everything. I even received a tea light candle which is so special to light and remember my dear husband.
I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I can definitely recommend this company.

How to Fill & Seal
Ashes are placed through the base of the urn, no liner bag required. Because the ceramic lid does not close tightly on its own, we recommend sealing it permanently with a clear super-glue gel suited to ceramic surfaces: apply the glue evenly around the rim, fit the cap and rotate it a quarter turn to center it, then leave the urn undisturbed for 10-15 minutes before moving it. Full hardening takes 4-8 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
What Happens After You Order
- Your urn is carefully inspected and packed in premium protective packaging.
- Estimated delivery within 1–2 weeks.
International delivery times vary by destination. - Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (unused & in original packaging).
